ShrinkMyDocs is designed for people who need to compress documents quickly while keeping privacy and trust front of mind.

How files are handled

When you upload a file, it is processed for compression and made available for download once the process is complete. Uploaded files are not intended to be stored permanently and are automatically deleted after processing.

What we do not do

• We do not manually review your documents
• We do not sell your uploaded files or document content
• We do not use your files to train AI models
• We do not require an account for standard compression

Sensible limitations

No online file tool should be used for highly sensitive, classified or legally restricted material unless you are fully comfortable with the provider's infrastructure and policies. For confidential business, legal, medical or financial documents, users should apply their own internal data protection rules before uploading.
